Registration
Conference fees range between 385 euro and 535 euro:
- Regular
- Early registration fee (by April 15, 2006): 485 euro
- Late registration fee (after April 15, 2006): 535 euro
- Invited session/workshop chairs receive a discount of 100 euro:
- Early registration fee (by April 15, 2006): 385 euro
- Late registration fee (after April 15, 2006): 435 euro
- Students (Student ID card is required) also receive a discount of 100 euro:
- Early registration fee (by April 15, 2004): 385 euro
- Late registration fee (after April 15, 2004): 435 euro
All fees mentioned include taxes.
Additional paper fees.
Each accepted paper should be covered by a conference registration. If one author has more than 1 accepted paper without additional registrations, a fee of 100 euro or 150 euro per additional paper will be charged:
- to have the additional paper published in the proceedings: 100 euro
- to have the additional paper published in the proceedings and to receive an extra copy of the proceedings: 150 euro
For example, if one author has 2 accepted papers, then either 2 authors should register, or 1 author should register and pay the additional fee of 100 euro (without proceedings) or 150 euro (with proceedings).
Cancellation policy.
All cancellations must be made in writing to the FLINS 2006 Conference Management. The following conditions apply:

For authors a fixed amount of 180 euro is charged in any case as publication fee; a copy of the proceedings will be mailed to them after the conference.

For refunds on the FLINS 2006 registration fee (for authors: on the FLINS 2006 registration fee minus 180 euro), the following dates and amounts will apply: cancellation before June 15, 2006 = 75% refund, cancellation between June 16 and August 14, 2006 = 50% refund, cancellation after August 14, 2006 = no refund.
Conference fees include, for everyone:
- all conference sessions' attendances
- conference program
- conference proccedings (book by World Scientific)
- conference dinner
- 3-day lunches
- all coffee breaks (with refreshments)
- conference welcome drink
Hotel accomodation is not included in the fee.
Two steps are required: you are registered for the conference as soon as we receive:
- your registration form,
- the payment of the conference fee.

The registration form can be downloaded here: Registration Form. Please complete this form, sign it, and send it to the FLINS 2006 Conference Management. This can be done:
- By fax

The registration fee
The registration fee can be paid in two ways:
- By international bank transfer
- Transfer the required amount to

- Clearly indicate your name
- Use the following announcement: G/00336/01 - FLINS 2006 (it is very important that you do not forget this; otherwise it will be extremely hard to track your payment)
- Please take into account that most banks apply costs for international transfers. These costs should be paid by the registrant.
- By credit card
- We can accept Visa/Eurocard/Mastercard, Diners, and American Express.
- In order to pay by credit card we only need your name, the card's expire date, and the card number. You can provide this information on the registration form.
